Senior Pastor - Jim Wallace - Pastor
Jim has served churches in Pastoral Leadership for over 23 years. He has been a part of the Crossroads Pastoral
Staff since July of 2004. Pastor Wallace has served in the role of Senior Pastor at Crossroads, since
October of 2005. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Church Ministry from Bethany University, and a Masters of Education Degree
from National University. He is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Pastor Jim and his beautiful wife Anita will
be celebrating 25 years of marriage this year. They have two adult children.
Worship Pastor - Anita Wallace - . Anita, along
with her husband Jim, has been involved in Pastoral Ministry for over 23 years. Pastor Anita has a passion for leading people
into God's Presence through worship. In addition to her other responsibilities, she also serves as a teacher at Crossroads
Christian School.
Children's Ministries
and Outreach - Pastor Roy Leos - Pastor Roy, pictured with his lovely wife Kelly, serves as Associate Pastor of Children's
Ministries and Outreach. He and his team minister to all children from birth through sixth grade. Pastor Roy also serves
as Campus Pastor at Crossroads Christian School. Pastor Roy has been involved in Pastoral Ministry since 1995
and had previously served in Youth Ministry, beginning in 1990. Pastor Leos has a passion for ministry
to families. He received ministry training from Capital Bible College in Sacramento, CA. He has served on the Pastoral
Staff of Crossroads Christian Center, since October of 2004.

Education Pastor - CCS Principal - Pastor Matt Diehl - Matt has served on the staff of Crossroads
Christian School since August 2005. In July of 2008, Pastor Matt joined the Pastoral Staff of Crossroads Christian
Center, serving as Principal of CCS. He received the Bachelor's Degree, as well as a Master's of Education
Degree, from Bethany University. Pastor Matt loves students and is passionate about education. Matt's beautiful
wife, Erica, serves as a Pre-K teacher at CCS, and also serves with Pastor Matt in ministry to Young
Married Couples. Pastor Matt Diehl also leads the Men's Ministry Group at Crossroads.
Student Ministries - Pastor Jose Talavera - Pastor Jose, origianlly from the South Valley, obtained a B.A. from Bethany
University in Scotts Valley, and a Masters of Divinity Degree from the Assemblies
of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri. He has a passion for ministry to young people, and is responsible for
ministry to students Jr. High through College at Crossroads. Pastor Jose and his lovely wife Ashley, met in Springfield Missiouri
while attending Graduate School.
